What is the shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner's serviceability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently do not ship overseas but we will be starting soon.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes, our jewellery is designed to be water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear. It is crafted to withstand regular exposure to water and is designed not to turn your skin green.
Our stainless steel pieces are highly durable and can be worn while washing your hands, showering, or going about your daily routine. However, to help preserve the finish and shine of your jewellery for as long as possible, we recommend following our Jewellery Care Guide.
What material is your product made with?
All our pieces are made with 316L grade Stainless Steel and are coated with 18kt pvd gold plating. Stainless steel is known for its durability, resistance to tarnishing, and eco-friendly, recyclable properties, making it an excellent choice for everyday wear.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to track your order to its destination.
How can I return/exchange an item?

What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?
In the unfortunate event that you receive a missing or broken product, we request you to record an unboxing video with no edits or cuts. This will help us assess the situation better. Please report the issue to us within 24-48 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video and any relevant pictures, and we will work towards resolving the issue promptly.
I have made an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
All orders made during special sale are final and therefore a return or refund would not be possible.
Can I make any modifications after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately we do not offer any modification once the order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.
Can I change my address once the order has been placed?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, then we won’t be able to update the correct address and we will have to re-ship the order. We will charge a reshipment fee for orders with insufficient address. Please double check all addresses/ phone number/ pincode before placing an order.

My parcel is returning to the seller. What can I do?
There could be various reasons why one’s parcel is returning to the seller like , insufficient/ wrong address , wrong phone number, unavailability of the consignee, door or premises closed, the consignee denied delivery of package, etc. In such circumstances the customer is bound to place a new order from the website.
