Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. To process your request, we may require clear photos and an unboxing video as proof of the issue.

Please note that claims for damaged items may not be accepted without sufficient supporting evidence.

Store Credit
Please note that approved returns will be issued as store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Store credit may be used towards future purchases on our website.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Exchanges are available only in cases of damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible size-related issues.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or provide store credit.

  2. Share your Order ID along with clear images of the product.
  3. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may request additional photos and an unboxing video for verification.
  4. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that all return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by the Trinq team.

 

Cancellation Policy

As orders are processed shortly after being placed, cancellations are not offered as a standard practice.

In special or exceptional circumstances, a cancellation request may be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Trinq.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
